TEAM awarded contract to construct JoeAnna’s House

TEAM’S latest BIG news! We are very honoured and excited to have been awarded the contract to construct the new JoeAnna’s House, designed by Meiklejohn Architects.

The KGH Foundation has committed to raising $8 million to building JoeAnna’s House, a home away from home that will keep families together when they need it the most.  A home that will provide a place to rest and relax within steps of the loved ones’ bedside.  A place to be in community with others who are navigating a similar, difficult path.  This important project was initiated by a $1 million gift from the Huber Family of Prestige Hotels and Resorts.

2014 Tommie Gold Award – Best Urban Infill Commercial

Our Bertam project has been chosen by a distinguished panel of judges to represent the most best construction using an existing urban lot in 2014. Team Construction Management is COR Certified with Work Safe BC.  Certificates of Recognition (CORs) can be earned by employers that successfully implement a safety management system and meet a set of audit standards. The Health and Safety COR – the foundation of the Partners Program – is awarded to employers that implement and maintain an occupational health and safety management system that exceeds regulatory requirements.
