Gord’s passion for creating and building unique, carefully crafted structures is a hallmark of his 40+ years experience in the construction field. CHAD GOULD President – Operations Manager
Chad has proudly moved into the President and Operations Manager role at Team. Chad joined the company in 2010 after relocating from Denver, CO. Now making Kelowna his home, he brings with him 25 years of experience working with a large international contractor as well as several small to medium sized companies in Houston and Denver on projects up to 280 million in value. Chad is responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing human resources, managing company and project budgets in collaboration with financial and operations teams ensuring organizational effectiveness through implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
CHARLES (CHUCK) CULLEN
CHARLES (CHUCK) CULLEN Project Manager
Chuck’s career with TEAM began in the late 1980’s. During his early years with TEAM he worked on his Carpenter’s Apprenticeship, achieving his Journeyman certification in 1993 and currently holds a Gold Seal Certification. Since that time, Chuck has participated in many levels of leadership within the company, from Carpenter Foreman to his current position as a Senior Project Manager. Chuck’s excellent interpersonal skills build strong relationships with our clients and allowed him to lead the Canadian Home Builders Association of Kelowna through two separate terms as President.
STEPHEN HARDER Project Manager
As Project Manager, Stephen has the responsibility of planning, financial management, scheduling, personnel management, procurement and execution of a project from start to finish. As a leader, he encourages high levels of excellence, reliability, safety and accuracy, which assists with Team Construction Management maintaining their unmatched quality and attention to detail service. Stephen has over 24 years in the construction industry and has worked on projects ranging from $2 million to $35 million. We are delighted and excited that he has joined our TEAM and cannot wait to see what the future holds!
Jr. Project Manager
JILL KRONEBUSCH Jr. Project Manager
Jill joined TEAM Construction in 2014 as a Project Coordinator and now fulfills the role of Jr. Project Manager. Jill is experienced with residential, commercial, and institutional construction. Since 2014, she has led the charge on two LEED projects achieving both LEED Certified and LEED Gold standards. Jill works very closely with all stakeholders and is a source of confidence for people: she is able to put them at ease due to her attention to detail, analytical nature, and organizational skills.
CARL WRIGHT Site Superintendent
Carl is a project Site Superintendent and has been with TEAM for over 20 years. He is a Journeyman Carpenter by trade with Gold Seal Certification and his passion for building and organization is exemplified on his tidy and well run jobsites. Carl started in the construction industry when he was right out of high school. The path from design to paper to detailed drawings, to the physical structure is intriguing to Carl. He loves being able to drive through the Okanagan and point out all the beautiful buildings he has been charged with constructing.
TONY DUARTE Site Superintendent
Tony’s excellent communication skills really show on his well run jobsites. Tony has been a part of the TEAM for over 20 years and is also a Red Seal Carpenter and working his way up through the ranks, he has been running projects as Site Superintendent for the past several years. Passionate about his work and the project, his attention to the details are what make his work stand out and provide the customer with reassurance that their best interests are well in hand. Tony is also Gold Seal Certified.
STEVE BROWN IT/Logistics Manager
Steve joined TEAM to manage the IT functions of the company. Steve is responsible for the maintenance of the company’s computer infrastructure and network, including all hardware and software requirements, managing cell phone and iOS devices as well as printers and VHF radio equipment. Steve also manages all data back-up strategies and provides support to all jobsites.
Sr. Project Coordinator
DEB RAINCOCK Sr. Project Coordinator
Deb has experience with many types of projects ranging from large multi-family complexes and custom single family homes, to health clinics and schools. With a good portion of her career spent working directly on site, Deb has a strong understanding and appreciation for the differences in the requirements of each team member: Superintendent, Sub trade, Owner, and Architect. Deb enjoys the rapport of these long-term working relationships, as well as the challenges each project brings.
ERINN AARTS Project Coordinator
Erinn’s primary function within the project team is to provide support to the Project Manager and Site Superintendent; she is the central hub for communications between all the stakeholders, and is responsible to ensure the internal workings of the project are organized and running smoothly on a daily basis.
Erinn has experience with many types of projects ranging from small residential and commercial renovations, new petroleum construction, new builds for branded hotels, as well as high end winery projects. She prides herself on having a good relationship with everyone she communicates with and works hard to ensure the projects are efficient and successful.
Andrew Cross Project Assistant
Andrew has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and spent the last 9 years as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman with TEAM. Andrew has a passion for building and has built strong, long lasting relationships with all of the clients and trades. Most recently, Andrew’s role with Team has changed to Project Assistant. He will bring years of field experience with him into the office to ensure projects will be well organized and run smoothly.
Construction Safety Officer
WILLIAM MASTOP Construction Safety Officer
William started with TEAM in 2015, providing Level 3 first aid coverage firstly at the Karis Support Services site in Kelowna and subsequently at the more remote Naramata site. He brings a diverse background and substantial education to TEAM and his role within the company continues to expand. In 2018 William shifted full time to the Team office as a Project Coordinator. His responsibilities include computer technical support, research, reviewing of accounts, working with sub trades on administrative matters, and supporting Team’s Superintendents.
SHAUNEEN HICKS Office Manager/Bookkeeper
As Finance, Office Manager and Payroll Administrator Shauneen oversees all accounting functions; including but not limited to job costing, billing, accounts payable, receivable, government remittances, WCB compliance and reporting. With over 24 years of experience in the construction and property management accounting field, Shauneen appreciates and understands the importance of accuracy and accountability for each of our highly valued clients, sub trades, vendors and employees and works diligently at maintaining professional and respectful relationships.
SANDRA BOHN Bookkeeper
Sandra functions as a liaison for accounts payable while reporting to our Office Manager. She also enjoys assisting our Project Coordinators in various analytical processes. With several years in the construction industry, as well as owning and operating her own business, we are delighted to have Sandra employed with TEAM.
