Inside you find 30’ high ceilings with fans that are made of fishing rods as well as a seagoing kayak from Polynesia. Fir hardwood floors were reclaimed from a 100-year-old ship from the great lakes. There are unique concrete countertops placed throughout and a custom built cherry wine cabinet in the hall.

The residence at Jasmine’s Cove sits slightly raised from Okanagan Lake level complete with 18’ circular glass windows that give you a clear view to the lake beyond when entering. The house is clad with full depth Okanagan ledgestone and custom stained five-inch-thick glulams to create hidden gutters complete with copper flashings. All windows are bolted through the jambs and left exposed to give the feel that you on a ship.

There are unique concrete countertops placed throughout and a custom built cherry wine cabinet in the hall.

A full stainless steel chef’s kitchen is complemented with hammered copper kicks and weathered wormwood cabinets. The outside area includes a built in BBQ, dining area, and multiple lounging areas complete with a hot tub. As you head to the lake a waterfall guides you to the dock and fully outfitted beach house complete with horseshoe shaped bar and full stainless prep kitchen.
