This three storey office building, previously a parking lot, was constructed at Bertam St. & Leon Ave. An architectural concrete form with well detailed materials and mass amounts of curtain wall glazing make this building an outstanding addition to Kelowna’s revitalized downtown core. The 12,000 sq. ft. building is occupied by a parkade on street level and office tenants above. This project was completed in Late 2013.
