From start to finish this job has been Very well managed. The updates on our weekly communication allowed for next to no surprises and you were able to manage costs and come in close to 10 % under budget.

Our project involved construction of the main residence, comprising 18,000 sq.ft of living area, plus: detached garage and workshop, swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, guest cottage, boat docks, tennis court & cabana.

Mr. Wilson and his staff were excellent to work with and managed all aspects of construction extremely well. Our estate was a work in progress and much of the design evolved as we progressed through the construction period. Team Construction was very accommodative throughout this process and worked alongside our architect and various consultants to achieve an absolutely remarkable home and estate.

I would like to take this opportunity, now that the WSP staff has occupied the space, to commend the outstanding service and attention to detail Team Construction has provided on this project.
